Can we pick certain songs we want played


Yes, you may enter in specific songs you want played on the Wedding Planner form. If additional space is needed, create your custom list and email it to us with your completed Wedding Planner Form. A Do not Playlist is always appreciated as well to eliminate guests requests that don't fit into the format of your day.




What is provided with the Wedding Service


Up to 5 hours of DJ Services with a Premium Sound System LED Intelligent Lights for your dance floor with total control (no tacky disco balls or strobe lights) A Wireless Microphone (allowing mobility in the room for toasts and announcements) Full Detailed planning and execution of your music, formalities and itinerary Customized Playlists and DO NOT PLAYLISTS (to eliminate those potential requests that don't fit in) Detailed Coordination between all your vendors to ensure moments are communicated and never missed, a true Master of Ceremonies. When do we discuss the details of our Wedding with our DJ/Host


After the Wedding Planner Form has been filled out we will schedule a time to review the document with you (usually a week or two before the event)




How do I fill out the Wedding Form


Go to Client Workspace to access our Wedding Planner Form. Please fill out the form with all the important details of your day. We recommend using a reputable editor for the pdf document. *Please avoid hand writing the document if possible.




When do I need to complete the Wedding Planner form


Please submit the Wedding Planner form and details to your host no earlier than 2 weeks prior to your event to avoid repeaded edits. Submissions should also be no later than 2 days before the wedding to allow for preperation Submit form




Deposits and Payments


A deposit of half your contractual total is due upon booking to secure the date. The remaining amount is due two weeks prior to the event date.




Can we add services to our booking


Yes, it is very common that people might require additional services or equipment to accomodate their event. Based on availabilty, we are always happy to instruct you on the additions we offer, such as: Flip Book Photo booth, Ceremony services, Uplighting, Additional sound systems for cocktail hours in different location on the property, Live performance, Specialzed lighting, additional time (after the 5 hour service) etc. Contact us for more information!




Do you have off season/nonpeak rates available


Yes we are happy to quote you our off season and non peak rates. Other specialized formats (less time needed, rental equipment etc) May be subject to discounted rates. Contact us!
