After the Wedding Planner Form has been filled out we will schedule
a time to review the document with you (usually a week or two before the event)

Please complete the Wedding Planner form no earlier than 2 weeks prior to your event and no later than 4 days before the wedding to allow for preperation.
A deposit of half your contractual total is due upon booking to secure the date. The remaining amount is due two weeks prior to the event date.
Yes, it is very common that people might require additional services or equipment to accomodate their event. Based on availability. We are always happy to instruct you on the additions we offer, such as: Photo booths, Ceremony services, Uplighting, Additional sound systems for cocktail hours in different location on the property, Live performance, Specialized lighting, additional time (after the 5 hour service) etc. Contact us for more information!
Yes we are happy to quote you our off season and non peak rates. Other specialized formats (less time needed, rental equipment etc) May be subject to discounted rates.
